AUTHORIZED JLG SERVICE PROVIDER • Texas & Surrounding States

Effective date: November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information CMR Mechanic Services collects when you visit cmretx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language. If you have a question, give us a call or send us an email. Our contact information is at the bottom of this page.

Who We Are

CMR Mechanic Services LLC is a heavy equipment and fleet repair shop in Tyler, Texas. We provide on-site and in-shop fleet repair and preventive maintenance, hydraulic pump and motor repair, electrical diagnostics and repair (including wiring harnesses, starting and charging systems, sensors, controllers, and fault codes), hose replacement, and authorized JLG service for Texas and the surrounding states. Hydraulic cylinder repair, rebuilds, seals, and O-rings are handled by our sister company, CMR Hydraulic Solutions, at cmrhydraulics.com — we do not do that cylinder work in-house. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean CMR Mechanic Services LLC. “You” means anyone who visits our website.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

Our Home and Contact pages have a contact / service request form provided by Elfsight (Form Builder widget titled “Contact us online”). When you fill it out and submit it, we collect what you enter:

Please don’t put sensitive information, such as payment card numbers or Social Security numbers, in the form. We don’t need it to respond to your request.

If you call us, email us at service@cmretx.com, or come by the shop, we also get whatever you choose to share with us, such as your contact details and information about your equipment or service needs.

Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted on WordPress.com, which is run by Automattic Inc. Like most websites, when you visit, some technical information is sent automatically to the servers and services that deliver the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you to our site, and the date and time of your visit.

The site uses the following tools provided through WordPress.com:

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Facebook pixel, or advertising or remarketing tools on this website.

Embedded content and third-party widgets

Some pages show content from other companies. When your browser loads that content, it connects to the other company, which can receive technical information like your IP address:

We do not embed YouTube videos on this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or share it with others for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers described below, who help us run our website and business, or when the law requires it.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of outside services to run this website. Each one handles information under its own privacy policy:

We do not use Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Zapier, or a similar spreadsheet webhook to collect form submissions on this website.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website or service can store in your browser. Our own website pages do not set cookies for regular visitors. However, the services listed above, including WordPress.com, Elfsight, and Google Maps, may set or read their own cookies or similar technologies when their content loads or when you interact with it, such as when you use the form or move the map. Those cookies are controlled by those companies under their own policies. Elfsight may use a cookie such as elfsight_viewed_recently to prevent inflated view counts.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, the site will still work, but embedded maps or widgets may not display as expected.

Data Retention

We keep service requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you, do the work, keep reasonable business records, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need information, we delete it. Summary website statistics may be kept longer, but they don’t identify you. Form submissions stored in Elfsight remain available in our Elfsight account until we remove them there.

Data Security

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, so information you send through our forms is encrypted while it travels over the internet. Form submissions are handled by Elfsight and delivered according to that service’s settings, and access to our business email and Elfsight account is limited to our team. No website or online service is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Choices and Rights

You can always choose not to fill out our form and call us instead. You can also ask us to:

To make a request, call us at (903) 630-2202 or email service@cmretx.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on your request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Texas and some other U.S. states have privacy laws that give residents certain rights over their personal information. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to our business, those rights may include access, correction, deletion, and opting out of the sale of personal information. We don’t sell personal information, and we will honor reasonable requests like those above whether or not a particular law requires it.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is meant for businesses and adults who need heavy equipment or fleet repair. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
